The "Mean Vacuum"

When Ethen comes over to visit his grandma (thats me) he always goes for the vacuums. He even calls the Swiffer a vacuum. I believe that he will make some woman very happy someday if he continues to love vacuuming. See Above.

Anyhow, today when he got them out, Henry decided to plug in the steam mop. Ethen just about freaked. The sounds that this thing makes when it steams is evidently very scary to a toddler. Ethen nearly crawled up my leg like a little Koala and begged me to save him from the "Mean Vacuum". He would not get back down until Henry unplugged it and put it away.

awwwww... he can come over here and use my vacuum anytime.

Apparently I have one around here somewhere, and theoretically it should be used from time to time...

The best is when you unscrew part of the swiffer handle to make it shorter (more kid-sized) and he can help you clean for real!

My dog I believe was part of the mean vacuum club.

That's a cute picture. My problem is that I have to pick up all the toys and stuff on the floors before they could get to the vacuuming part.

Aw, yes he IS right. That IS a mean vacuum. But I think that about any vacuum, especially if I have to actually use it.

Damn! You have a LOT of vacuums. Can I borrow your grandson? He seems to know his way around a cleaning device. Could teach me a thing or two. ;-)

Adorable picture btw!
