Why?

Can anyone tell me why a 10 year old boy who has a Play Station 3 with 20 cool games would want an old Nintendo 64 system with 4 puny, old fashioned games? Yeah, that's what I thought! You guys don't know either.

My son, for some reason unknown to me, has been bugging me for an old Ninetendo system for weeks now. So today I put a bid in on one at eBay. I'll let you know how it goes. By the way. If any of you all out there have one that works, let me know... perhaps we can work something out.
